About Queen of Peace Cemetery
Queen of Peace is the Diocese of Rockville Centre’s newest Long Island cemetery, developed on historic estate land and opened to serve Nassau County’s Catholic community after nearby cemeteries reached capacity. The site’s recent opening reflects a modern cemetery planned with long-term garden sections, mausoleums, and landscaped memorial areas.
Cemetery Services at Queen of Peace
St. Charles Monuments works with families at Queen of Peace to create respectful, site-appropriate memorials. We fabricate and install upright monuments, flat markers, slant markers, and traditional headstones that meet diocesan specifications. Our on-site services include custom etchings and inscriptions, new lettering, and ongoing monument cleaning and repair to protect memorials from weathering. We also guide families through pre-planning monuments, making it simple to reserve a design, stone type, and inscription in advance.
